"This was compiled to serve as an introduction to my first three solo albums from 'Upstream' to 'The Land Of The Living'.

Listening to the final sequence of tracks made me very aware of the eclectic nature of my songs, especially style-wise.

This inspired my decision to make 'On Wisdom Hill' a little more focused in terms of the overall sound and feel.

I'd like to find the time to re-record my best dozen songs from scratch because when I play them nowadays on the acoustic guitar, they all sound a little more grown up."
