The long-lost Fieldfares album 'A Day In December' has now been set free (see music player, above right). Fieldfares recorded the tracks with Martin Jones at MMV Studio, Box, on 5th December 2010.
The album was recorded live in the studio, and was mixed by Jason Allen.

A new gallery of images showing Fieldfares at work in the studio on 5th December has now been uploaded.
Many thanks to Amy Jones for offering to photograph the band.

Our Intrepid Trio are currently recovering from a mammoth weekend of rehearsing and recording. A dozen tracks were captured in cripsy digital splendour, courtesy of Martin Jones at MMV Studio, Box.
Fieldfares recorded the songs live, in the same room, at the same time, with not a hint of Autotune, click tracks or miming. The magnificent Mr Jones will be mixing the best takes over the coming weeks in readiness for an E.P.

After nine rehearsal sessions, Fieldfares debuted live at the Nova Scotia, Bristol last night (29th November). The trio played a total of four songs in what was an unpublicised 'road test' appearance. Many thanks to Humph and John for asking the band back up to play two extra numbers, and to those in attendance for the warm reception. Thank-you. More (non-secret) dates will be announced very soon.
Fieldfares will embark upon a studio session in Wiltshire this coming weekend with Martin Jones at the controls, where a 'live in the studio' E.P. will be recorded. More news to follow very soon.
